Because of these variations, solid-wood products may differ slightly from any sample that you may have as well as differ slightly from one piece to the next. This in no way will constitute replacement of product

Pre-finished products will in fact have a slight change in color and/or tone over time. This is a natural process of solid-wood. In addition, the surrounding environment in which pre-finished product is in will have an effect on the finish of the product, such as color and/or tone, surface texture and sheen. These slight variations are considered normal by industry standards due to the nature of solid-wood and will not constitute replacement of products or rework on existing product

Samples are made using a master set to ensure consistent color and finish. Samples will change over time and may vary slightly in color and/or tone from an actual order placed. This again will not constitute replacement or rework of products
